Kairos Clothing Refund & Return Policy
At Kairos Clothing, we take pride in providing high-quality apparel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags must still be attached.

Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we'll gladly exchange it (subject to inventory availability). Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
